Chez Paul comes recommended by Chris (Cat's other half) who used to live in Paris a couple of years. When on a budget, the best thing to really rely on is recommendations from friends and guidebooks (from time to time). A quaint little restuarant that is located at 13, rue de Charonne, 75011 Paris. I only have 3 days in Paris so will try to make a trip here for dinner.
Otherwise, some of the recommended specialities include Escargots, Porta Foie Gras amongst the other French delightful dishes.
Another 8 more days to go!! Can't wait!
