These days, I go through various phases that sometimes drive B insane. Like my MISO phase where everything must go with Miso, I practically cooked Miso everyday. Then came my BAKING phase where I simply played with my oven and tried to cook every darn thing that could go into the oven (from meat to vegetables!). Now I think I can multi-task pretty well! :p I am currently into YUZU KOSHO, SESAME SALAD DRESSING and JAPANESE PUMPKIN!!!

YUZU KOSHO: My new-found replacement to local belacan :) It doesnt taste exactly like belacan but its good enough for me. Yuzu Kosho is a spicy, hot Japanese condiment. It is a rough past that is like a finely chopped chutney with a zesty citrus flavour. Totally yummy! After I discovered this gem, I eat it with almost everything at dinner time. B thinks I am insane, cos Laksa and YUZU KOSHO just dun go.. But I dun really care! ;p

SESAME SALAD DRESSING: is simply delish!! Sesame-based, its the perfect dip for carrots, zucchinis and other vegetables. I finished a bottle within a week and after I discover this new salad dressing, there are vegetable sticks every night for dinner. Again, B thinks that vegetable sticks and Laksa just dun go together. But Laksa is so unhealthy, I just needed to balance it with some greens!

Last, my PUMPKIN CRAZE! The Japanese Pumpkin is really sweet and easy to cook. I think its a good substitute for potatoes! So as a healthy alternative, I just bake the pumpkin with some olive oil and salt for about 30 mins. Out comes piping hot pumpkin chips. Totally yummy!

Yup, so I am still stuck in this threesome phase! I am off to discover and start another new craze phase in my life! Tata...
