I am trying very hard these days to keep fit since gaining those extra pounds.. sigh.. its frighteningly scary to look at myself in photos these days!
So, I am trying my very best to go for yoga every week (if possible) and this week, I tried my best to go jogging after work as well. Doesn't seem like alot.. I run around the block and I am breathless already... sure is hard to jog..
