I finally started my exercise regime after a super-duper long hiatus..and my fitness levels have been very poor I must add. Actually, its quite horrendous.. my legs were all wobbly jelly when I tried doing the warrior pose and my heels couldn't even touch the ground when I did the downward dog... Now I am really suffering for the lack of exercise!!! Sigh...
