This was my craving when I was sick over the weekend. Actually, I love the Borsch soup with pasta that is the Cha Chan Tang simple breakfast fare when I am up in HK. So much so, I was quite determined to learn how to make this seemingly simple but yet ultra comforting one- meal dish! And my determination paid off even though B didn't want to support me initially. So this one-pot meal is really quite easy to make!! Here's the steps:
- Add 1 pack of chicken broth (Swanston or Knorr's) and half a can of chopped/diced tomato to pot.
- Dice carrots, potatoes and cabbage and add to pot. Optional to add button mushrooms.
- Add in chicken and ham.
- Bring soup to boil and once the vegetables have all softened, this yummy dish is ready to be served! :)
