Went to KL 2 weeks ago for a 'Train the Trainer' workshop. It was the meeting of 50 different people within the network over 30 countries that was an eye-opener for me. Never worked in an organisation where the culture was diverse yet the goal was united amongst all of us. It was pretty cool.
Highlights from the trip included:
- Getting a room right next to the 'Exit'. I find hotel rooms next to the 'Exit' or 'Fire Escapes' creepy. Thank goodness I managed to get that changed!
- Working on a super slow internet connection!
- Meeting tons of new people
- Stocking up fashion staples at F.O.S
- Scoring a True Religion pair of jeans for RM190 only!
- Finally being able to head to the Pavilion and hanging out at Luna Bar
- Catching up and just chatting with an old friend
