Fear

We all fear of different things. My fear is loneliness... who likes to be alone? I hate the feeling... I really, really do. Sometimes, being alone is quite nice, you have the time to think about things and what you want to do. But on the other hand, it becomes a double-edged sword, too much time on hand, you are at the liberty to just let your mind wander.

This evening, my father called for a family meeting to discuss about my mom. It was rather scary, you know like the feeling of your boss calling you into his room. At the back of my mind, it was like a grey cloud lurking wondering what was going on..whether my mom would be ok. Then, when he sat us down, he said we haven been spending enough time with her. I guess, yes, I am guilty of doing so. So, here I am now trying to make amends and try to spend more time with her with the little one leaving the coop a couple of months later.

I have been feeling down cos of my fear and this came in today!! :)

A bouquet of star-gazers. Erm, the actual bouquet is real pretty (the pictures dun do this floral bunch any justice), I am just trying a new technique on my camera! ;p

B sent me a bunch of pretty pink florals to cheer me up. When the flowers came, my heart skipped a beat and I went 'Wow, I get flowers again!' with a little smile! My colleagues were all swooning with oohs and aahs... hehe...

And to top it off, a lovely evening clutch from B! Bought it during the Great Singapore Sales. Nice?
