This is rather fascinating....have you heard of Beancurd Tarts??? When I first heard it, I was thinking to myself, 'Tau Hui' in a tart... how strange?
I was having my haircut this evening and my stylist went on and on on this beancurd tart. I had to just ask her what it was...Well, true enough, it is what it is..Beancurd Tart. Apparently, its rather popular in Singapore and the tourists from Hong Kong often stock them up before heading home. How funny? I thought they would be stocking up on Pandan Cakes from Bengawan Solo..well I am wrong then..
