Hosted my first Singaporean ladies luncheon yesterday with Phoebe, Cat, Sue & San San. Hmm...the spread look alot better than the pic, but we all got abit enthusiastic about eating and ended up chomping away instead of me snapping away.
Made Chicken Mayo, Garlic Anchovy Dip, Creamy Crab Rangoon Dip, Salads, Assorted Cheese..We also had chicken wings and yummy desserts.. phew.. lunch basically started at 12.30 pm and ended up at about 5 plus with coffee...
But it was fun... Am really blessed to know this bunch of Singaporean ladies.. and having lunches at each other's place have become common these days.
Tonight, its off to Sue's place for nasi lemak!! Haha..and I am going to attempt to make the Korean Pancakes for the gals..lets hope its would be successful!!
