てやんでい

Teyandei
(iza-kaya)

Location: Nishi Azabu
Tel: 3407-8172 (prior reservations are recommended!!)

Recommended the gals to visit Teyandei for Andrea's bridal shower!! Really liked the food there and think that most of the visitors who usually visit Teyandei would follow suit.

We ordered alot:
1) Spinach salad with tamago dressing
2) Go-ma Tofu (Sesame tofu)
3) Kariage Chicken
4) Ebi Mayo
5) Mountain Yams
6) Assorted sashimi platter
7) Grilled Onigiri Rice
8) Tamago with Eel
9) Lastly, PAN ICE!! (Ala french baguette swiss roll with ice-cream!)

Apparently, what else is recommended that I have yet to try include :
1) Fried scallops
2) Grilled chicken with scallions with homemade sesame dipping sauce
3) Spicy cabbage salad with deep-fried jako fish mixed with the nori and scallions

Yumz..... Am one satisfied happy customer!! I really liked the little walk up to Teiyandei as well (although yes, its pretty long) but it does build up the suspense of going to a little restuarant along some deserted road! haha.....

Posting some of the sane and silly pics that we took for the evening..oh..including the poorly taken pic of the PAN ICE (the real thing would look better and taste even more heavenly!) :)

New Singaporean friends that I made in Japan... and the Bride-to-Be in her pretty Tiara!

Lastly, presenting...
